Warranty period

・WALKCAR 2 (MTKSR-7 / MTKSR-7P)

Warranty period: 3 months from the shipping date

・WALKCAR (MTKSR-5 / MTKSR-5J)

Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date

Although we take every possible measure to ensure quality, if a problem occurs during the warranty period when used according to the instructions in the instruction manual, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Additionally, there may be scratches or stains on the outer box or packaging materials during shipping, but as long as this does not affect the product itself or accessories, we may not be able to treat it as a defective product. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any repair costs after the product warranty period ends.

For repair/replacement requests, please use the repair application form below. We will contact you after confirming the contents.

Not covered by warranty

*Please note that even within the warranty period, the following cases are not covered by the warranty.

• External scratches on the main unit after opening the package.
• Malfunctions caused by modifications by the customer, etc.
• If the serial number of the target product or image of the target product is not presented.
• Failure or damage caused by handling contrary to the contents of the instruction manual.

• Items purchased or transferred from sources other than our company or authorized distributors
• Failure or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, wind and flood damage, lightning strikes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and eruptions.
• Failure or damage due to excessive impact such as falling, sliding, or colliding while driving.
• Failure or damage caused by improper handling during transportation or movement by the customer.
• Wear and damage to consumables (tires), battery deterioration
• Failure or damage due to natural product wear and tear, rust, mold, stuffiness, rot, deterioration, discoloration, or other similar causes.
• Failure or damage caused by external factors such as dropping the product or getting it wet.
• If the customer does not have the product due to theft, loss, misplacement, or other reasons, and the condition of the product cannot be confirmed.

*This product may fall under the category of dangerous goods for air transport, so it may be difficult to ship the repaired product due to local laws or regulations, or it may be necessary to transport the product by sea.

If the warranty period has expired

If the product can be used after repair, we will repair it for a fee upon request.

(If it is not covered by the warranty, we will not perform paid repairs.)

 

Repair fees consist of inspection/repair technical fees and parts fees.

・Inspection and repair technical fee: This is the inspection fee to determine the cause of the failure and the fee to properly repair the failed product.

・Parts cost: The cost of parts used for repairs.

Repair fee (tax included): Inspection and repair technical fee + parts fee

・Inspection and repair technical fee: 38,000 yen

・Parts cost: The amount is stated in the quotation.

Due to increases in raw material prices, fuel costs for product manufacturing, transportation costs, etc., inspection/repair technical fees and parts fees are subject to change without notice.

 

 

Repair process (both within and outside the warranty period)

Customer: Apply using the "Repair Application Form" below (Please fill in accurate information so that we can understand the location of the repair.)

Our company: After confirming the details, we will issue a quote for the repair cost (with delivery date stated)

Customer: After paying the repair fee, mail the repaired item to the specified address.

(Regarding shipping costs: The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs from the customer to our company. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer.)

​Our company: After the repair is completed, we will return it to the customer.
